What happens during an online appointment?

You will be guided through the process at the start of the session but here is the general flow of the appointment, so you know what to expect. Each session is different as we are all unique. I will ask you about the triggers in your life. I will guide you with questions and note down what you say to do some detective work to isolate the trigger points. You may feel emotions stirring or simply symptoms or energy move through your body as I repeat your story back to you. This is where the "magic" starts.  You follow my lead and repeat after me at the time as tapping lightly on acupoints in the body. (I show you what to do every step of the way) This process of 'repeating what I am saying whilst tapping' - where you don't have to think cognitively about,  is how we isolate the emotional blocks and clear them.  This is the fastest way to release energy blocks and learn how to tap for yourself. EFT has been used for decades and proven the most effective in treatment of post traumatic stress disorder (PSD) , so, imagine what it can do for you?

What can you expect after the session?

Expect to feel 'lighter' having let go of emotions holding you back. You will be seen and heard with no judgements or opinions what so ever as this is a sacred space. Holding space for people is the best freedom, and that's what Tap into You is all about. Clients say they feel lighter after the first session and the deeper we go, the more sustained and heartfelt healing can be achieved.

Studies have shown that EFT can lead to significant reductions in anxiety symptoms, with some studies reporting reductions comparable to traditional therapies like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) but often at a lower cost.
