1) You are 100% responsible for yourself and anything that arises as a result of doing this work.
2) By entering in to this work you understand that emotions may arise and you have a self practice to support you (e.g. breathing and tapping)
3) My work supports conscious people on the path of awareness to self-responsibility and empowerment.
4) I do not work with people in acute states, or those with severe mental health issues, medications or addictions. 
5) All information shared in a session is strictly confidential. 
6) All payments must be made before your session, at the time of booking your appointment date and time.

7) Whilst I understand that life happens and sometimes we need to change appointments, I ask for at least 24 hours for any changes to appointment times. I reserve the right to charge a $55 cancellation/change of appointment fee on top of your session fee.
8) Any late payments will incur a 10% late payment charge. 
9) To make the most of our time together, please ensure that you have tested the Zoom link, and your sound and video, plus your internet connection before our session time. 
10) I also have monthly mentoring clients (twice monthly) which are discounted from the normal price. Please email me for enquiries about this. I will come back to you within 48 hours between Tuesday and Friday business hours. 
11) Heidi Kusel or Tap into you accept no legal responsibility for anything arising as a result of your session.
